(“VertCode”, “we”, “us”), the company behind HodosOps, collects and processes personal data when you visit hodosops.com or join our waitlist or founders programme. What we collect

• Waitlist signups: your name, work email, and whether you opted in to a short call about how you plan your team’s day.
• Founders reservations: your name, company name, email, and the payment handled securely by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.
• Basic technical data: standard request information (such as IP address and browser) needed to serve the site and prevent abuse.

Why we use it and our legal basis

• To contact you about early access and onboarding (your consent).
• To process and refund founders deposits (performance of a contract).
• To secure the site and prevent fraud and bot abuse (our legitimate interest).

Where your data lives

Your data is stored and processed within the European Union. We use a limited set of processors to run the service, including a payment processor (Stripe), a bot-protection provider (Cloudflare Turnstile), and an email provider. Each processes data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist and reservation data only as long as needed to contact you and run the early-access programme, and then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy as the product develops. We will update the date above when we do.
