Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the HodosOps website and the waitlist and founders early-access programme operated by VertCode Development E.E. (“VertCode”, “we”, “us”). By joining the waitlist or reserving a founders spot, you agree to these Terms.

Early access

HodosOps is in active development. The waitlist lets you register interest so we can reach out before launch. Features, availability, and pricing described on this site are indicative and may change before general availability.

Founders deposit

• A founders spot is reserved with a one-time €149 deposit and locks in the founders pricing described at the time of reservation.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• Full refund of your deposit if we do not launch by January 2027, or on request before launch.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or fraudulent information. We use bot-protection to keep the service available for everyone.

No warranty

While in early access, the site and any preview materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it is complete or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VertCode is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the early-access programme. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
